Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Screeniti browser extension and the screeniti.one website (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Screeniti lets you capture screenshots of web pages, add notes, store them in your account and optionally publish them as a shareable link. We may add, change or remove features over time.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use the Service.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the screenshots and notes you create (“Your Content”). You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process and display Your Content so the Service can work — for example, generating a public viewer page when you choose to publish a screenshot. You can delete Your Content at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Screeniti to capture, store or share content that:

• infringes someone else’s intellectual property or privacy;
• is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit involving minors;
• contains malware, or attempts to disrupt or abuse the Service;
• violates the rights or terms of the websites you capture.

You are responsible for what you capture and publish. Public links are accessible to anyone who has the URL.

5. Intellectual property

The Service itself — software, design, branding and text — belongs to Screeniti and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks.

6. Advertising

Public viewer pages may show third-party ads. Your interaction with advertisers is between you and them. See our Privacy Policy for how ad cookies are handled.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that stored content will never be lost. Keep your own copies of anything important.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Screeniti is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your data. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or harms the Service or other users.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
